RETURN POLICY

To start, if you are requesting a refund from us, it means that you came across our business and gave us a chance. We thank you for that opportunity. Seed 2 Flower LLC values the chance to improve our relationship with you by providing legitimate refunds in the fastest and most convenient way. 

DOMESTIC REFUND and EXCHANGES

To receive a refund, please send an email to info@puffinvapeshop.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. We request that you explain the issue to us with details, images, or videos to the best of your ability. Please submit any claims to support@seed2flower.com, placing the order number on the email subject line. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting this issue.

If after reviewing your email and its attachments, the products are deemed as damaged or defective, you will need to return the product(s) using a prepaid label which we will supply via email.

Once a return is received by our shipping department, it takes generally between 1-2 business days for the processing of refunds. Once a return is processed, it is possible for it take up to one billing cycle for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.

We are happy to process exchanges, in which case, new product can be shipped out as soon as the original product(s) are scanned at the post office for return to our warehouse.

We do not, and will not accept returns, or issue refunds for packages which are marked “return to sender” or “refused.” If you return a package, it needs to have a tracking number for our records.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: 

The same grace period to report dissatisfaction applies (48 hours to report issue). For international customers, because of shipping fees, we hope that you will accept a discount or credit on your next order. With that being said, we are more than willing to refund or send new product for legitimate complaints. Our ultimate goal is to provide you unwavering customer service that earns your long-term trust and business. We understand the value of satisfied customers. You having a positive experience and allowing us to serve you long-term is our main objective.

CANCELING ORDERS

All order cancelations must be done within 1 hour of placing the order. Once an order has been placed and is processing, we are unable to alter or change any order. If the order is canceled, a $3.00 restocking fee will apply. No exceptions.
